Allopathic medicine only treats the symptoms. You get a medication for one symptom, then another one for the side effects of the first one, and so on. Your treat the symptoms and never cure the problem.
You must determine the root cause to treat the root.

The number one nutritional problem afflicting our society is digestion – or lack of it.
Even the best diet, when undigested, becomes toxins which the body must eliminate. When food enters the body, it must be digested small enough to nourish the cells or it becomes waste and toxic to the body.
Once food is unusable waste, it must be stored or eliminated. If it is not eliminated it becomes stored in your fat cells. This is your body’s way of protecting itself.
If you can’t eliminate the waste, supplements only compound the problem
FOOD CRAVINGS:
Candida – a form of yeast – when it overtakes our gut causes cravings.
Yeast demands to be fed. Thus, it is not a matter of will power, it is the yeast inside of us demanding to be fed. The yeast is crying out for sweets, simple carbohydrates, alcohol. Anything that turns into sugar.
Yeast overgrowth is a symptom of poor digestion. To eliminate yeast overgrowth, eat a diet high in fermented foods, take cellulose – a digestive enzyme (#17) with probiotics on an empty stomach. This formula should be taken on an empty stomach, as probiotics are not stable in stomach acid.
However, taking probiotics alone will not eliminate yeast overgrowth.
It is imperative to address and improve poor digestion as well. .
Once yeast overgrowth is under control, it is advisable to complete a heavy metal detoxification protocol. The reason this is important is that the digested yeast may free up the heavy metals contained in the body.
HEAVY METAL DETOXIFICATION – cilantro is an excellent herb to help detoxify the body from heavy metals. It binds with mercury and gently eliminates it from the body. ½ cup diced cilantro a day for a week increases the mercury elimination by 50%.
INSULIN – too much insulin causes inflammation and puts you in fat storage mode. It also stresses your adrenal glands. . your body produces insulin when you consume simple carbohydrates.
HOME HEALTH:
Plug-ins = 30% formaldehyde which is one of the causes of autism.
PROSTATE HEALTH – consume foods rich in natural sources of zinc (found in abundance in raw pumpkin seeds), selenium (found in raw brazil nuts), lycopene (found in tomatoes) and calcium (found in raw spinach, raw cheese, broccoli stems). It is important to note that any stress depletes calcium reserves, as does caffeine, smoking and steroidal medications.
ADRENAL HEALTH – the adrenal glands need to be nourished to be strengthened. Formula #13 is specifically designed to nourish the adrenal glands. Additionally, one should consume healthy fats (i.e. avocado, raw coconut oil, raw olive oil, etc) and a good salt which has not been depleted of minerals nor iodized, such as Himalayan salt.
Consuming fats which have been cooked or animal fats do not nourish the adrenal glands. The same goes for iodized salt and most table salt. When working on nourishing your adrenal glands, pay particular attention to avoiding packaged foods. These foods tend to contain a lot of salt and fats that are toxic to the body.
It is also important to consume adequate amounts of good quality protein, full-spectrum Vitamin C and Vitamin B5, which is contained in sunflower seeds, organic corn and crimini mushrooms.
When one has weak adrenals, they tend to carry fat in their extremities, i.e. flabby arms.
THYROID HEALTH – iodized salt is poison to the thyroid. Good sources of iodine are kelp and other sea vegetables, whole eggs, ocean fish, fresh organic strawberries. It is important to optimize the body’s ability to absorb the bio-available iodine. Therefore, it is important to be vigilant in eliminating all fluoride (found in our tap water and in toothpaste and mouthwash), chlorine (found in tap water and absorbed by our skin when bathing), and bromine (found in most bread that you purchase in the grocery store).
When one has weak thyroid, they tend to carry fat in their bellies, not their arms or legs.
HEART HEALTH – Vitamin E is essential to heart health. It helps to thin the blood. It helps the blood move and get to where it needs to go in the body. If you purchase Vitamin E, look for d-alpha, d-beta, d-delta, or d-gamma on the label. If the label contains the words “acetate” or “tocopheryl” (as opposed to “tocopherol”) or has the prefix dL, it is synthetic and toxic to the body.
ARTHRITIS – Arthritis is caused by calcification. Consuming a lemon a day helps to break down calcification in the body. However, be careful not to consume too much ascorbic acid because it can cause you to breakdown the bones.
OXIDATIVE DAMAGE – When one’s diet is low in selenium, the result is free radical damage. One of the best defenses against free radical damage is to consume 2 brazil nuts per day. Selenium must be present to utilize Vitamin E. And, selenium must be present to convert thyroxine T4 to T3.
ECZEMA – Either you are not consuming, digesting or utilizing good fats. You probably have a deficiency in the fat soluble vitamins such as A, D and E. Salt baths are very cleansing when conditions of eczema or psoriasis exist.
